Your role in our team

·         You will support the monitoring of complex materials through the production cycle

·         You will support the analysis of supplier capability and conduct make / buy studies and cost analysis

·         You will evaluate the effectiveness of current material control standards

·         You will apply advanced skills to resolve very complex problems not covered by existing procedures or practices

·         You will display a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, cross-functional challenges

·         You will demonstrate solid problem-solving skills to provide resolution to most situations

·         You will perform research, evaluate and recommend solutions to complex inventory issues

Your profile

·         You have a BS Degree in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         You have five (5)+ years of successful experience in related field.

•        You have proficient Microsoft Excel skills

•        You have proficiency with ERP; SAP knowledge preferred.

•     You have customer-focus, team-focus, and process driven.

•     You have excellent communication—oral and written.

•     You have ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal.

•     You have ability to apply creative problem-solving techniques to situations using sound business judgment.

•     You have ability to multi-task in an effective, timely and professional manner.

•     You have proven ability to apply attention to detail, role-related accuracy and task follow-through.

•     You have team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of all leadership styles, personalities, and career levels.
