Your role in our team
· You will facilitate the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
· You will answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
· You will welcome and direct visitors and clients.
· You will maintain and develop filing systems as assigned.
· You will retrieve information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepare written summaries of data when needed.
· You will respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
· You will coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
· You will prepare agendas and schedules for meetings.
· You will maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
· You will document various administrative processes when needed to support functions throughout the office
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Your profile
· You have three to five years of experience in an administrative role
· You have an Associates degree; Bachelor’s degree om related field preferred; or equivalent experience performing administrative duties
· You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· You have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· You have solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
· You have an understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
· You have the ability to work independently.
