There are just two weeks to go until Parcel+Post Expo 2026 opens its doors (September 23-24). Taking place for the first time at Excel London, this year’s event brings world-class experts, leading solution providers and the latest innovations from across the postal and logistics industries to the UK capital, with a technology exhibition, Innovation Labs and a revamped Leadership Conference all on the agenda. Free to attend*, the show will also take place alongside eCommerce Expo, the UK’s biggest e-commerce event – bringing with it even more opportunities for networking!

Innovation Labs

Visitors will benefit from a packed agenda across the Smart Logistics Hub, the Disrupt & Deliver Stage and Last Mile Hub. View the agenda here.

Future-focused content is the aim of the game at this year’s event, check out these interactive workshops from futurists:

Interactive workshop – From Data to Decisions: Activating AI Inside Postal Operations Effectively

Date: September 24

Time: 10:00am-12:00pm

Where: Disrupt & Deliver Stage

Many postal organizations have data and pilot projects, but struggle to translate AI into real operational impact. This hands-on workshop will focus on how to bridge that gap. Participants will identify high-value use cases, map existing data and systems, and learn a practical framework for turning insights into action. We will walk through how to connect data pipelines, deploy targeted AI models, and embed decision-making into day-to-day operations without large-scale disruption.

Chairperson: Moses Ma, managing partner – FutureLab

Interactive workshop – Beyond 2036: The Top Strategic Moves Leaders Must Make Now

Date: September 24

Time: 2:00pm-4:00pm

Where: Disrupt & Deliver Stage

This masterclass will be a focused deep dive into the five strategic actions marked as ‘now’ in the original Beyond 2036 framework: strengthening AI literacy and governance, investing in resilient data and energy infrastructure, auditing boardroom tech literacy, building a climate-positive product lifecycle, and developing foresight and scenario planning as a core capability. The session will translate long-term futures thinking into immediate leadership priorities and concrete strategic choices.

Chairperson: Mattia Crespi, reasearch affiliate – IFTF

Sessions across the Innovation Labs are free to access with your visitor or commercial visitor pass. Register here for your visitor pass.

Tech on show

See the latest industry developments from leading solution providers:

Direct4.me will showcase its fifth-generation parcel locker platform, developed for operators looking to improve network performance, deployment flexibility and customer experience at scale. The platform is built around a simple principle: parcel lockers should adapt to real-world logistics, not the other way around.

Visitors will see autonomous, full-featured locker solutions designed for indoor and outdoor environments, including battery-powered, solar-powered and grid-powered configurations. The latest generation introduces fully configurable compartment layouts from XS to XXL, enabling operators to match capacity to local parcel flows while maximizing use per square meter.

At this year’s expo, SwipBox will place a Blivakker in-store locker at the center of its stand. The Norwegian beauty retailer uses SwipBox lockers in its physical stores to link its online shop with its brick-and-mortar locations, attracting online customers into the stores and encouraging further in-store purchases.

But the Blivakker locker is more than a retail story – it is a demonstration of what platform adaptability looks like in practice. Whatever direction a network takes – new services, new markets, new delivery models – the SwipBox Infinity platform evolves with it. Clients’ investments are protected not by the hardware but by the software backbone behind it.

The Blivakker locker will sit alongside app- and screen-based Infinity lockers, showing how a single platform unifies different locker types and out-of-home delivery scenarios without compromise.

Visitors will be able to explore the Infinity software platform, covering network management, business intelligence tools and the APIs and SDKs that enable carriers and retailers to integrate locker functionality seamlessly into their own systems and apps.

Meanwhile, Vanderlande will provide a combined demonstration of two of its most innovative sorting solutions – Spox and Parceltrax – alongside insights into the impact of predictive maintenance. The demonstration will illustrate how parcels move through key processing stages and how each solution contributes to optimized throughput and overall operational efficiency.

Vanderlande will also showcase how predictive maintenance enhances operational performance. By leveraging real-time data and advanced analytics, this solution enables operators to anticipate potential equipment issues before they lead to disruptions. This proactive approach helps reduce unplanned downtime, optimize maintenance planning and extend asset lifespan, contributing to reliable, cost-efficient operations.

Conference at a glance

The Leadership Conference returns in a revamped format for 2026. Following feedback from the event’s advisory board, the conference will move to a cabaret-style layout designed to encourage more networking and discussion between delegates, with a delegate lunch held on each day to create further peer-to-peer opportunities.

Presentation highlights include Day 2’s ‘E-commerce trends transforming the customer journey’, featuring speakers from Omniva, Cainiao/Alibaba Group, Nova Post and Automapa; and ‘Operational futures: How OOH and last-mile innovation will shape e-commerce’ with Asendia Global Returns, IPC, Keba, Austrian Post and the UPU.

Day 1 sessions include a keynote on ‘The intelligent postal network – from automation to orchestration’ and ‘The next decade: Trends every leader must watch’, featuring speakers from JD.com, Pos Malaysia, InPost, Omniva and more.

Book your conference pass here.

New networking platform

Visitors will also be able to try a new networking platform designed to connect delegates and visitors with the right contacts using intelligent matchmaking based on their interests, goals and profile, promising more curated meetings and better-quality introductions throughout the event.

c2p Startup Innovation Award Competition

Taking place on Day 1 from 2:00pm on the Disrupt and Deliver Stage, the annual c2p and PIP Startup Innovation Award Competition will bring together startups presenting game-changing solutions, judged by industry leaders. The four categories for 2026 are First and Last Mile; The Autonomous Last Mile; Processes, Digital and Data; and E-Commerce, Retail and Cross-Border.
