Parcel+Post Expo opens next month – Europe's biggest parcel event returns to London.

Parcel+Post Expo 2026 opens next month (September 23-24), taking place for the first time at Excel London. This year’s event brings world-class experts, leading solution providers and the latest innovations from across the postal and logistics industries to the UK capital, with a technology exhibition, Innovation Labs and a revamped Leadership Conference all on the agenda. Free to attend, the show will take place alongside eCommerce Expo, the UK’s biggest e-commerce event.

The co-location with eCommerce Expo brings additional opportunities for visitors, including more chances to network with those involved in e-commerce and fulfillment, plus extra content available with every visitor pass.

The Last Mile Hub will bring together the ideas, innovations and approaches shaping the future of delivery, with interactive sessions, open discussions, case studies and solution showcases. Topics will include first- and last-mile and out-of-home (OOH) delivery, and mobility and fleet innovations such as EVs, batteries and charging infrastructure. Alongside it, the Disrupt and Deliver Stage will host bold ideas and fresh thinking from across logistics and delivery.

New for 2026, visitors will be able to try a new networking platform designed to connect delegates with the right contacts using intelligent matchmaking based on their interests, goals and profiles, promising more curated meetings and better-quality introductions throughout the event.

See the latest innovations from exhibitors old and new

DFT will show how its sorter portfolio helps parcel and postal service providers design scalable automation solutions for today’s and tomorrow’s parcel flows. A key focus will be the Push Tray Sorter, presented alongside DFT’s CPQ configurator tool, which helps translate customer-specific requirements into clear system concepts and layouts. The company will also showcase AutoPocket, a proven automation solution for handling small parcel units up to 3kg, alongside its Cross Belt Sorter and Split Tray Sorter.

Elsewhere, Kyburz will unveil its new ePedelec 4.0 cargo bike in a swap-body configuration, alongside the latest versions of its proven DXP and DXC models. The company will also demonstrate its DXPPA (DXP Potential Analysis) tool, which uses vehicle telematics data such as speed, stop time and energy consumption to simulate delivery times and costs across different delivery methods, from on-foot and bicycle to car and electric delivery vehicle. Visitors to the Kyburz booth can receive a complimentary analysis of their own delivery area using the tool.

Vanderlande will give a combined demonstration of two of its sorting solutions, Spox and Parceltrax, alongside insights into predictive maintenance. Spox is the company’s next-generation line sorter, combining multiple sortation capabilities within a compact, flexible design, while Parceltrax is an auto consolidated bagging system for small-parcel handling built to fit underneath existing sorters.

Meanwhile, Direct4.me will showcase its fifth-generation parcel locker platform, built around configurable compartment layouts from XS to XXL and available in battery-powered, solar-powered and grid-powered configurations, alongside its Direct4Smart and Direct4Lean architecture for expanding locker capacity without unnecessary hardware duplication.

Conferences at a glance

Leadership Conference

The Leadership Conference returns in a revamped format for 2026. Following feedback from the event’s advisory board, the conference will adopt a cabaret-style layout designed to encourage more networking and discussion between delegates, with a delegate lunch each day to create further peer-to-peer opportunities.

Presentation highlights include a Day 1 keynote titled ‘The intelligent postal network – from automation to orchestration,’ featuring speakers from Swiss Post, PostNord and Accenture, alongside sessions including ‘Beyond 2036: turning uncertainty into strategic advantage’ and ‘The next decade: trends every leader must watch.’ Day 2 sessions will explore ‘The race to the €1 parcel,’ featuring DPD UK’s Justin Pegg and Vinted Go’s Vytautas Atkocaitis, alongside panels on e-commerce trends and the future of OOH and last-mile innovation.

Innovation Labs

Free to attend, the Innovation Labs will give visitors access to the Last Mile Hub and the Disrupt and Deliver Stage, where they can hear the latest insights shaping the industry. Day 1 will close with a networking drinks reception from 4:30pm.

c2p and PIP Startup Innovation Award Competition

Taking place on the Disrupt and Deliver Stage from 2pm on Day 1, the annual c2p and PIP Startup Innovation Award Competition will bring together startups presenting game-changing solutions, judged by industry leaders. The four categories for 2026 are First and Last Mile; The Autonomous Last Mile; Processes, Digital and Data; and E-Commerce, Retail and Cross-Border.

Parcel and Postal Technology International Awards 2026

The Parcel and Postal Technology International Awards recognize and reward the latest achievements and developments across the parcel, postal and logistics sector. Categories include Service Provider of the Year, Supplier of the Year, Business Diversification of the Year, Last-Mile Delivery Innovation of the Year, Transportation Innovation of the Year, Environmental Achievement of the Year, Sorting Technology of the Year and E-Commerce Fulfillment Technology of the Year.
