The company’s female leaders discuss the importance of gender equality and recognizing women’s achievements in the workplace as well as the progress they have witnessed over the course of their career journey.

Pauline Anderson, a member of service center management at Kilmarnock, Scotland, pointed to the improved female representation in the company over her career – citing that over 50% of Yodel’s service center sites in Scotland are now run by women. When asked what advice they would give to younger women pursuing their early careers, the executives highlighted the need for persistence, hard work and self-belief.
