Vanderlande has showcased its new flexible, ergonomic and cost-effective Traysorter material handling solution to the industry for the first time at Post-Expo in Paris. According to the company, the new solution is modular by design meaning that it can be configured to meet customers’ demands.

The Traysorter can be adapted to suit the existing warehouse architecture. It can be equipped with various interchangeable tray types to meet specific sorting needs. The extension of existing sorters or changing the tray type can be scheduled for quieter periods so to minimize disruption.

The Traysorter’s induct station offers a physical working environment that can be adapted to suit a variety of users to enhance performance. This results in a decrease of work-related fatigue, which leads to an increase in productivity. Furthermore, displays above the drop stations ensure an efficient and easy way of working.
