Supply chain specialist Lyngsoe Systems has launched the latest version of its real-time logistics intelligence applications at Post-Expo in Paris.

Lyngsoe LIVE Logistics and Lyngsoe Management Suite deliver state-of-the-art supply chain visibility and real-time logistics intelligence, giving users the ability to monitor, alert and react to any event.

According to Lyngsoe, protecting core business, capturing e-commerce growth, enhancing productivity, improving cost structure and customer perceptions are all strategic challenges facing postal and logistics operators currently.

“Being able to confront such challenges is contingent on the ability to monitor, alert and react to any event occurring at any time,” said Morten Kill Rasmussen, chief commercial officer at Lyngsoe Systems.

Lyngsoe LIVE and Lyngsoe Management Suite provide real-time data to stakeholders, whether alerting operations management of process anomalies, communicating delivery status to customers or documenting the integrity of items such as pharmaceuticals.

“The system means captured data already available can be better utilized to identify anomalies between expected and achieved logistical process performance, and for action to be taken,” added Rasmussen.
