Escher Group, a provider of digital point of service solutions to the postal industry, has revealed its One View initiative at Post-Expo in Paris. According to the company, the initiative can help posts to meet the demands of today’s new business retail environment.

Specifically developed for postal retail operations, One View is comprised of a comprehensive suite of technology innovation that can help posts connect with their customers, facilitate transactions with cross-channel flexibility and take control of every aspect of postal business management.

The technology behind the One View initiative is Escher Group’s Digital Transaction Management Service Platform, which is an integrated, flexible and scalable enterprise digital service platform. According to the company, this platform can help transform the way customers are able to transact across any touch point, channel or device in order to solve the challenges and meet the demands of modern commerce.

The One View initiative enables customers to begin a transaction from home, alter details via their smartphone, and complete the transaction at a self-service kiosk. If needed, assistance can also be provided by a postal employee with a handheld tablet.

Escher Group is also showcasing its new Click & Collect solution at Post-Expo. The solution provides any retailer or parcel shop with the opportunity to offer customers a convenient parcel pick up service. The Click & Collect solution can be deployed over any device and any environment, allowing retailers to accept, track and dispatch parcels, reconcile payments and manage complex retail networks within a few minutes.
