The expanded agreement will see Wincanton support premium tea and coffee retailer Whittard’s UK and international growth across e-commerce and physical retail by managing certification for international shipping and Whittard’s personalization services, alongside its pre-existing provision of B2B and B2C e-commerce fulfilment services.

Personalization services under the new agreement will include bespoke blending and packaging of tea and coffee products to packing gift orders and personalised gift messages. Wincanton’s B2B and B2C services will be carried out from its e-fulfillment center, DC7, in Northampton, UK.
