Evri Group, the UK’s largest dedicated parcel delivery company, is now delivering more than one billion parcels annually, following a record financial year for volumes in FY25/26.
Group parcel volumes increased 17% for the 12 months to February 28, 2026, supported by an £80m (US$110m) investment into operations, service and people. Following the completion of its merger with DHL eCommerce UK in October 2025, the enlarged group has hit its one-billion-parcel target three years earlier than planned, and is now targeting 1.4 billion parcels annually by 2030.
Group revenue rose 29% year-on-year to £2.38bn (US$3.2bn) for the 52 weeks to February 28, 2026, while group adjusted EBITDA increased 18% to £402m (US$540bn).
Martijn de Lange, CEO at Evri Group, said, “Shopping habits have changed for good. The growth of online small businesses, social commerce and pre-loved marketplaces last year is driving parcel volumes higher, with the combined Evri Group now delivering more than one billion parcels annually.
“Following significant investment in our service, operations and people this year, including £50m to more than double our ParcelShop and locker network by 2030, we are focused on meeting customers where they are, with greater flexibility, convenience and choice. Our ambition is to become the UK’s largest parcel company by 2030, delivering 1.4 billion parcels a year.”
The results follow a transformational year for Evri, which also acquired Coll-8, an Irish customs clearance and logistics specialist, in May 2025. The enlarged Evri Group now encompasses six operating brands: Evri, Evri Premium – A Network of DHL, Evri Fulfilment, Evri International, UK Mail and Coll-8.
Capital expenditure rose to £80m in FY25/26, up from £57m (US$76m) the previous year. Key investments include around £30m (US$40m) in automated sortation technology at Evri’s Barnsley super hub – comprising a £25m (US$33m) third-tier sortation upgrade and a £4m (US$5.3m) small-item sorter – which will enable the site to process up to 1.5 million parcels per day by Christmas 2026. The company also announced a £50m (US$66.9m) investment to expand its ParcelShop and locker network to 25,000 UK locations by 2030, including the launch of its first owned smart lockers.
Evri has also invested in technology including Veri-snap, an AI-powered system that reviews delivery photographs to check service standards, and a new courier app designed to improve delivery quality and compliance.
