Bond partners with EasyPost to expand delivery capabilities for more than 4,000 brands

Post-purchase solutions provider Bond is partnering with multi-carrier shipping solutions provider EasyPost to provide their joint customers with fast, direct-to-consumer fulfillment and access to Bond’s nano distribution centers (NDCs).

According to Bond, most brands suffer a lack of transparency in their shipping process, whereby little information is received from fulfillment providers and customers are stuck trying to resolve issues with a support team removed from the fulfillment process. Bond’s partnership with EasyPost provides companies with same-day fulfillment, on-demand fulfilment and returns, all with complete transparency.

The partnership helps joint customers deploy a streamlined process under the umbrella of one unified brand experience, allowing them to bolster customer loyalty while simultaneously reducing churn.

“Most great brands struggle when it comes to providing a great fulfillment experience either because they don’t have the resources and tech to do so themselves, or because the third parties they work with are not built for brands like theirs,” said Asaf Hachmon, CEO and co-founder of Bond. “By partnering with EasyPost, we’re helping joint customers overcome that hurdle by enabling a fulfillment experience that is fast, transparent, environmentally friendly, and built for today’s brands.”

“Bond is one of the most exciting new players in fulfillment and their performance justifies that excitement,” said Jarrett Streebin, CEO at EasyPost. “We’re looking forward to our customers being able to seamlessly deploy Bond to provide a great fulfillment experience with the visibility necessary to constantly perfect and adjust the process for our joint customers.”
