easyDelivery, part of the Easy brand family founded by Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, has expanded its parcel delivery platform to cover more than 350,000 pickup and drop-off points across 16 European countries.
The network spans the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Switzerland. The company says the expansion positions easyDelivery as one of the largest connected pickup and drop-off networks in the UK and Europe.
The platform is designed to consolidate parcel delivery, returns, locker access and carrier services into a single app, addressing what the company describes as a fragmented market where users currently navigate multiple carrier websites and booking systems.
Amit Sagu, the CEO of easyDelivery, said, “People do not want to deal with multiple carrier websites, confusing delivery options or fragmented parcel services. By expanding access to 350,000 pickup and drop-off points across Europe, we are making it easier for users to send parcels, manage returns and access delivery services from one place.”
The platform is aimed at consumers, independent merchants and larger multisite operators. Sagu added that the expansion is “not just about scale” but about building “a simpler, more accessible delivery platform” for users across different business sizes.
Later this year, easyDelivery plans to launch an on-demand local delivery service targeting independent retailers, grocers, florists, pharmacies and other high street businesses, allowing them to offer faster local delivery without building their own courier infrastructure.
The local delivery offering will sit within a broader Easy ecosystem that includes easyMarketing, easyKiosk and easyPay. easyDelivery chief marketing officer Spencer Boylan said the aim is to give businesses “practical technology that supports growth, improves customer experience and helps them compete in a faster, more digital world.”
He added, “Delivery is now a core part of the customer journey, and easyDelivery gives businesses a simpler way to prepare for that future.”
