Exhibitors and visitors talk on the show floor at Parcel+Post Expo.

Registration is now open for Parcel+Post Expo 2025, which will take place at the RAI Amsterdam in the Netherlands on October 21, 22 and 23, 2025. After registration opened earlier this week, we are thrilled to announce early registrations from some of the most influential brands in the industry, including DHL Express, NamPost, Jamaica Post, IKEA and Under Armour – to name but a few!

About this year’s event

This year’s event will also introduce several new features aimed at addressing key industry challenges and showcasing the latest innovations and solutions across the parcel, postal and e-commerce worlds.

New and enhanced additions for 2025:

  • AI Parcel Lab: A dedicated space focusing on AI-driven solutions transforming the logistics industry, including predictive analytics, automation, robotics and route optimization. The content will be delivered in the form of workshops, AI learning sessions and meet-the-expert panels.
  • The Locker Room: Interactive workshops and discussions exploring the challenges and opportunities in last-mile delivery, with topics such as out-of-home delivery and locker network expansion. What makes the zone unique? Parcel+Post Expo has the most diverse range of technology on show in the last-mile sector, and it will give visitors the chance to see more technologies and gain more insights in this last-mile area than any other event!
  • Start-up & Innovation Zone: A platform for emerging businesses to pitch their solutions in a Dragons’ Den-style format, over the three days, and the c2p Startup Innovation Awards, taking place in the afternoon on day 1.

Discover more about our all-new content zones for 2025 here.
