Malaysia’s national post and parcel service provider Pos Malaysia has triumphed at three major sustainability awards, with recognition in innovation, energy efficiency and ESG performance across all aspects of its operations.
At the MIHAS Services Innovation & Sustainability Award 2025, Pos Malaysia was recognized for its Pos Hijau Carbon Emissions Tool, which provides customers with transparent carbon emission tracking for every shipment. The award also highlighted Pos Malaysia’s ambitious electric vehicle deployment, with more than 1,500 EVs operating across the country – the largest EV fleet in Malaysia’s logistics sector.
The post also won first place in the Energy Management (Small & Medium Building) category for its mail delivery center in Bandar Baru Bangi and Seri Kembangan at the National Energy Awards 2025 and clinched gold in the Transportation & Logistics category, based on its strong FTSE Russell ESG rating, at the Edge ESG Awards 2025.
Commenting on the achievements, Charles Brewer, group chief executive officer of Pos Malaysia, said, “These awards are a testament to the hard work and dedication of our teams across the country. Sustainability is fundamental to how we operate at Pos Malaysia. From our Pos Hijau tool that helps customers track their carbon emissions, to our energy-efficient facilities, to operating Malaysia’s largest EV fleet, we’re embedding environmental responsibility into every part of our business.
“These wins validate that we’re making real progress in reducing our environmental impact while maintaining the reliable service Malaysians depend on. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved, but there’s still much more to do as we continue building a business that’s fit for the future.”
