ZigZag Global has won the Customer Experience Award at the Deliver 2022 awards in recognition of its returns solution and customer service.
The company received the customer experience accolade due not only to its Refund to Gift Card functionality but also to the reported satisfaction of its retail clients, who cast their votes. Since its inception in 2015, ZigZag has claimed an award every year, and has continued to invest in its tech and the client team responsible for supporting its retailers, e-commerce professionals and shoppers.
ZigZag Global was one of more than 120 vendors sponsoring the prestigious event in Amsterdam. The award-winning returns solution was presented to showcase the developments to its platform and its ability to facilitate paid returns. After Spanish apparel retailer Zara announced it would be charging for e-commerce returns, attendees spoke to ZigZag’s reverse logistics team members to understand how they could follow suit.
