Greater Manchester Police in the UK are appealing to the public for any information following a burglary at an Evri warehouse in Brinnington, Stockport, on January 6, 2023.

The burglary occurred at around 7:30pm at a depot on Lingard Lane. Transportation cages and a pallet containing several hundred parcels were wheeled through the town, probably between 8pm and 9:15pm.

CCTV footage shows and identifies several vehicles passing the offenders while the items were being transported on foot, and officers are seeking witnesses who may have vital information to help the investigation.

Greater Manchester Police are encouraging anyone in the area between these times on Friday, January 6 to check their dash cams, and any residents with CCTV or video doorbells to check for footage.

Seven individuals have already been arrested on suspicion of burglary and handling stolen goods.

An estimated £20,000 (US$24,260) worth of parcels have been recovered and are being delivered back to Evri.

Any details should be reported directly to Stockport’s Neighbourhood Crime Team or anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers.
