Nordic postal operator PostNord has partnered with 3D printing specialist 3YourMind to expand its service offering by providing on-demand 3D printing services.

In 2017, PostNord began investing in 3D printing services through its subsidiary company PostNord Strålfors. Now the post is using 3YourMind’s software platform to drive its on-demand production for businesses and consumers.

Tomas Lundström, 3D business development project manager at PostNord Strålfors, said, “We appreciate 3YourMind’s agile approach and rapid development to adapt the platform to our needs and business model. 3YourMind’s platform enables automated pricing, order management and customer fulfillment which makes it a partner we can develop with as the 3D business grows.”

Daniel Landgraf, senior sales manager, 3YourMind, said, “In the last two years, 3YourMind has been supporting the growth of 3D printing across Europe and around the world. At PostNord Strålfors, we found the same innovative energy for pushing toward a widespread adoption of industrial 3D printing across all Nordic countries.”
