European logistics and delivery group Geopost has expanded its out-of-home (OOH) network to 100,000 parcel shops and 40,000 lockers across 28 European countries, meaning 94% of the European population now lives within 10 minutes of a Geopost Pickup point.
According to the company, the expansion of its network is in response to a 26% rise in OOH volumes as well as demand for a hybrid delivery network. Geopost’s 2025 E-Shopper Barometer revealed that 46% of regular European online shoppers now favor OOH options – an increase of 15 points compared with 2019.
Bastien Wilshaw, EVP of strategy and out-of-home at Geopost, commented, “This milestone materializes our long-standing commitment to building one of the preferred out-of-home networks in Europe. Acknowledging growing consumer demand, we have been accelerating our investments into parcel lockers alongside our dense network of parcel shops.
“We look forward to continuing offering our unique pan-European OOH network, cross-border expertise and range of OOH and home delivery solutions to our customers, to support their e-commerce growth and address their consumers’ need for convenience and flexibility.”
