Busy exhibition floor at Parcel+Post Expo 2025.

Registration is now open for Parcel+Post Expo 2026, which will take place at Excel London on September 23 & 24, 2026. The event, which is returning to London for the first time in 17 years, will include some exciting new updates, including the return of on-site content zones. These interactive, free-to-attend areas will host hands-on case studies and workshops. To make sure you don’t miss out, register for the event here.

Dynamic on-site content zones

The on-site content zones have been renamed for 2026 and are all free to attend with an exhibition pass. The zones, located on the exhibition floor, include:

The Smart Logistics Hub, which is dedicated to the ideas, innovations and technologies influencing the postal and parcel industries. It will host a program of interactive sessions, discussions, case studies and showcases. Covering areas such as AI, automation, robotics and autonomous solutions, the content is designed to share practical insight and highlight real-world applications.

The Last-Mile Hub, which will bring together the ideas, innovations and approaches shaping the future of delivery. This content area will feature interactive sessions, open discussions, case studies and solution showcases. Topics will include first- and last-mile and out-of-home (OOH) delivery, mobility and fleet innovation – including EVs, batteries and charging infrastructure – alongside interactive workshop sessions, all designed to share practical insight and real-world application.

The Disrupt and Deliver Stage, an area dedicated to bold ideas, fresh thinking and innovation across logistics and delivery. It will host a program of interactive sessions, discussions, case studies and showcases. On September 23, it will also feature the PIP & c2p Startup Innovation Award Competition, bringing together startups presenting game-changing solutions, judged by industry leaders. The competition spans categories including First & Last Mile, Processes, Digital & Data, and eCommerce, Retail & Cross-Border, with an industry awards ceremony hosted by Parcel and Postal Technology International.

The exhibition

The free-to-attend exhibition* will host leading solution providers showcasing technologies and solutions ranging from sorting to parcel lockers, as well as delivery vehicles on the test track.

Parcel+Post Expo 2026 offers a chance for postal operators, parcel carriers and those working across e-commerce to find next-generation technologies and insights shaping the future of delivery and e-commerce logistics. See the exhibitor list here

Leadership Conference – with an exciting new format for 2026

The Leadership Conference will give visitors the opportunity to hear insights and solutions from thought leaders, regarding the direction of the industry. Based on feedback we have received from our Advisory Board, we are tweaking the format of the Leadership Conference to cabaret style, to allow more space for discussions around the conference.

Conference delegates will also benefit from a hosted lunch on the exhibition floor, to facilitate further networking between industry peers.

Some of the topics for this year’s conference include:

  • Future frontiers: Where the global delivery ecosystem is heading
  • The AI-driven supply chain: Physical AI, IoT and next‑gen operations
  • From checkout to delivery (and returns): Reinventing the e-commerce journey
  • Connected commerce: Social selling, delivery choice and customer experience

The first speakers have been announced. So far, we have representatives from Pos Malaysia, Omniva and Postnord, to name a few. More speakers will be revealed in the coming months.

Parcel & Postal Technology International Awards

Taking place on the afternoon of Day 1, the Parcel & Postal Technology International Awards, hosted by Parcel and Postal Technology International editor-in-chief Hazel King, will recognize and honor the world’s finest manufacturers, suppliers, engineers, innovations and products in the postal, parcel and logistics sector. This will also provide an opportunity for visitors to get a drink and enjoy some peer-to-peer networking in a fun and relaxed environment. Entrance to the awards is included with your visitor pass.

There is no charge to make nominations for the awards! If you feel strongly about a certain innovation, product or service, then nominate. All nominations must refer to products, companies and services launched between September 2, 2025 and September 1, 2026 (this can include products or services that are not launched yet but have set launch dates before or on September 1, 2026).

Networking opportunities

Following extensive feedback from our clients, we recognized a clear need for more effective and targeted networking opportunities, making it easier to connect with the right people and maximize time at the event. Attendees told us they want to spend less time searching and more time engaging in meaningful conversations that drive real business outcomes. In response, we’ve introduced a new and improved networking tool designed to do exactly that.

The networking tool will be available approximately six weeks before the event, giving you plenty of time to explore the attendee list, identify key contacts and pre-arrange important meetings in advance. This ensures you arrive on-site with a clear plan and a diary full of valuable conversations.

Whether you’re looking to benchmark your strategy, explore new technologies or build valuable connections, Parcel+Post Expo brings it all together under one roof.

*Please note: Commercial visitors will have to pay to attend the event and will not get access to the networking platform. Please visit the registration page to see what classifies a commercial visitor
