For its 29th edition, the Parcel+Post Expo team has appointed an advisory board for this year’s event, which will take place at Excel London on September 23-24, 2026.

Bringing together leaders from postal operators, parcel carriers, leading solution providers and major industry publications and media, the advisory board offers valuable insights that will help shape Parcel+Post Expo 2026. Meeting twice a year, members will provide expert guidance to ensure the event continues to reflect the priorities and developments shaping the industry.

Matthew Gunn, managing director of Parcel+Post Expo, said, “With the advisory board in place, we’re taking a more focused and ambitious approach to shaping Parcel+Post Expo 2026. We’re working directly with some of the leading experts and voices in the industry to build an event that reflects where the sector is heading – tackling the biggest challenges and showcasing what’s next. The ambition is simple: to create the standout event of the year for the global postal and parcel sector, where the right people are in the room, the conversations matter and the future of the industry is shaped.”

Advisory board members:

  • Alan Barrie, independent board advisor, kernTerminal
  • Andre Veskimeister, CEO and founder, Parcel Locker Central
  • Andreas Thöni, EVP group strategy, digital and innovation, Österreichische Post
  • Brody Buhler, chief executive officer, Escher Group
  • Charles Brewer, CEO, Pos Malaysia
  • Christian Oestergaard, lead visionary – senior group strategist of IT production/IoT/AI, PostNord
  • Dipankar Deb Roy, senior product manager, cross border e-commerce, FedEx
  • Eric Pong, logistics partnerships director, AfterShip
  • Francesco Tribuni, industry and data insights lead, Bloq.it
  • Gautam Kumar, co-founder and COO, FarEye
  • Hazel King, editor, Parcel and Postal Technology International
  • Ian Kerr, founder and host, The Postal Hub

Event evolution

The first advisory board session took place in February, where members met online and shared their thoughts on aspects of the upcoming Parcel+Post Expo. Since this initial meeting, the team has been busy working behind the scenes implementing some updates to reflect the feedback that was shared.

Hazel King, editor of Parcel and Postal Technology International, commented, “The advisory board is a great addition to the development of Parcel+Post Expo, providing an opportunity for experts from across the sector to brainstorm ideas that will result in an even more exciting and rewarding event for visitors. The first session was a great way to celebrate things that have worked well and address areas for improvement, and I’m looking forward to meeting again to continue the evolution of the industry’s leading event.”

Unmissable event

More information about the upcoming Parcel+Post Expo will be made available over the coming months – but here is a sneak preview of what’s happening this year:

  • For 2026, the event is moving to London, UK – the global capital of delivery innovation.
  • It will take place alongside eCommerce Expo – the UK’s biggest e-commerce event.
  • Visitors will be able to see the latest industry developments from leading solution providers.
  • Networking opportunities.
  • Leadership Conference – more information about this will be released soon.
  • On-the-show-floor content in the form of Innovation Labs.

And lots more!
