GMR Hyderabad to develop world-class logistics park

Plans for a new 66-acre logistics and industry park at GMR Hyderabad Airport City in India have been revealed. The new park will be developed as part of a joint venture between GMR Hyderabad Aerotropolis Limited (GHAL) and ESR Hyderabad.

The project, which will cost approximately Rs. 550 Crore (US$78m), will see the development of a flagship airport logistics park providing state-of-the-art facilities for warehousing and distribution.

“We are pleased to announce the launch of our joint venture ‘GMR Logistics Park Private Limited’ with ESR Hyderabad 1 Pte. Limited. This collaboration would set new standards for the warehousing and industrial real estate sector. It would also benefit the burgeoning cargo industry in the region,” said Aman Kapoor, CEO Airport Land Development, GMR Group.
