euShipments.com, in which Austrian Post owns a 70% stake, has acquired 100% of Slovakian fulfillment provider FHB Group, effective August 10. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
FHB Group will be fully integrated into the euShipments.com network, and the Slovakian company’s existing management team will remain in place following the acquisition. euShipments.com is already established in Slovakia through its subsidiary euShipments Slovakia, and the deal expands its position as a logistics partner for online retailers in the region.
“By acquiring the FHB Group, we are consistently expanding our position as one of Europe’s leading e-commerce and fulfillment providers,” said Peter Umundum, deputy CEO and board member for parcel and logistics at Austrian Post.
“Together with the two new locations near Bratislava, euShipments.com will operate 12 fulfillment centers of its own and a network spanning 27 countries. This lays the groundwork for supporting online retailers even more comprehensively in their international expansion while simultaneously strengthening Austrian Post’s role as a high-growth European logistics and e-commerce group.”
The transaction was supported on the seller side by IMAP REDBAENK and ProRate.
Founded in 2008, FHB Group offers end-to-end logistics solutions for e-commerce companies, including goods receipt, sorting, storage, order picking, shipping and returns management, along with value-added services such as labeling, repacking, personalized packaging, quality control and cash-on-delivery. The company also offers cross-docking solutions for shippers that don’t require storage and picking services.
FHB Group’s two sites near Bratislava – Svätý Jur and Triblavina – cover a combined warehouse floor area of approximately 50,000m2 and use automated packaging lines, sorting systems and conveyor technology. The Triblavina site recently began operations and is currently in the ramp-up phase. In 2025, FHB Group served around 200 clients, processed approximately 2.7 million parcels, and generated revenue of over €23m (US$26m). The company employs just under 200 people.
euShipments.com offers access to more than 60 delivery services and 800 shipping methods across its 27-country network.
