There are just three weeks to go until Parcel+Post Expo 2026 opens its doors (September 23-24), taking place for the first time at ExCeL London. This year’s event brings world-class experts, leading solution providers and the latest innovations from across the postal and logistics industries to the UK capital, with a technology exhibition, Innovation Labs and a revamped Leadership Conference all on the agenda. Free to attend, the show will also take place alongside eCommerce Expo, the UK’s biggest e-commerce event.
The co-location with eCommerce Expo brings additional opportunities for visitors, including more chances to network with those involved in e-commerce and fulfillment, plus extra content available with every visitor pass.
Among this year’s content areas is the Last Mile Hub, which will bring together the ideas, innovations and approaches shaping the future of delivery through interactive sessions, open discussions, case studies and solution showcases. Topics will include first- and last-mile and out-of-home (OOH) delivery, and mobility and fleet innovation such as EVs, batteries and charging infrastructure. Alongside it, the Disrupt and Deliver Stage will host bold ideas and fresh thinking from across logistics and delivery.
Visitors will also be able to try a new networking platform designed to connect delegates and visitors with the right contacts using intelligent matchmaking based on their interests, goals and profile, promising more curated meetings and better-quality introductions throughout the event.

Körber will showcase its VarioPick application for automatic labeling live at the booth, developed to address the growing complexity of modern mail and parcel logistics. The system can label more than 3,600 items per hour, applying labels from above to ensure exact placement while avoiding predefined areas, a capability the company says is particularly valuable for operations that need to preserve existing data fields. Körber will also present its full portfolio, including ErgoUnload and a new mail sorting solution for residual and restmail.
Keba will demonstrate how automation and user-centric design are shaping the future of parcel lockers, with visitors welcomed by KeBob, the company’s AI-based assistance system. The showcase will include the Loxmate portfolio, featuring different user interfaces, integrated photovoltaics, payment functionality and flexible modular configurations, alongside a configurator that lets visitors digitally create their own locker setups and view them in augmented reality via smartphone.
Elsewhere, Onyx Space will present Addressa, a digital addressing system powered by satellite data that aims to solve the global “unaddressed problem” in dense urban areas, new settlements and rural regions where street names and zip codes often fail or don’t exist. The system divides the globe into a digital grid, assigning each location a unique alphanumeric and QR code, which the company says can optimize route planning and reduce fuel consumption by cutting delivery search time.
Also exhibiting, RouteSmart will introduce what it calls its intelligent planning loop, a continuous, data-driven cycle spanning route optimization, execution, real-time visibility and analysis. The system compares planned metrics against actual driving times and service completions to refine future routes, which the company says makes delivery networks progressively more efficient over time.
