Evri has signed a new two-year agreement with fulfillment and logistics specialist Haul&Store, expanding a partnership that will see parcel volume increase by 685%, according to the delivery company.
The deal builds on a relationship that began in April 2022. Since reengaging, Haul&Store has grown order volumes by approximately 50%, with Evri supporting both the expansion of existing clients and the acquisition of new business.
Haul&Store has also moved elements of its international traffic to Evri, citing improved cost efficiency and service performance. The companies say the partnership is supported by weekly account management sessions covering commercial growth opportunities, customer experience and operational improvement. Haul&Store is also exploring additional Evri services, including out-of-home delivery.
David Saenz, chief commercial officer at Evri Group, said, “By combining competitive, flexible delivery solutions with consistent quality and a highly collaborative approach, we’ve been able to support Haul&Store as they expand their client base and increase volumes significantly.”
Neil Burden, co-founder of Haul&Store, said the relationship has been “instrumental” in supporting the company’s growth. Haul&Store manages around 65 e-commerce brands across the supplement, well-being and fashion apparel sectors.
“When we first started using Evri, it was just parcels. But as we’ve grown the relationship, our packet volumes have really grown,” Burden stated. “We’ve introduced a large-letter service, which has been beneficial for some of our clients, and we’re now trialling out of home – we’ve really expanded the breadth of services that we can offer our clients through the Evri relationship.”
Burden said Evri’s merger with DHL eCommerce UK had also strengthened the offer for clients sending international traffic, given the limited number of carriers with a competitive commercial proposition in that space.
He added that weekly account management meetings have helped drive the relationship forward, and that a recent pilot of Evri’s out-of-home service with one client had generated enough traffic to prompt Haul&Store to promote the service more widely.
“They are proactive in their ways of trying to grow with us,” Burden said. “When we’ve got ideas, they listen to them, and it just feels like a mirror of what we’re trying to do with our clients.”
