Speaker on stage at Parcel+Post Expo 2025

With 14 weeks to go, preparations are well underway for the 29th edition of Parcel+Post Expo, taking place in London – the global capital of delivery innovation – on September 23-24, 2026.

A significant part of this year’s event will be the redesigned Leadership Conference – for which an early-bird discount is currently running! Book now and save. The program is focused on the direction of the industry, and visitors will hear from industry experts and futurists on the following overarching themes:

  • Future frontiers: Where the global delivery ecosystem is heading.
  • The AI-driven supply chain: Physical AI, IoT & next‑gen operations.
  • From checkout to delivery (and returns): Reinventing the e-commerce journey.
  • Connected commerce: Social selling, delivery choice and customer experience.

The program has been designed by industry experts for industry experts, incorporating specific content that will be of interest to postal operators, parcel carriers and those working across e-commerce retail and fulfillment. Check out some of these session spotlights below:

For postal operators

Beyond 2036: Turning Uncertainty into Strategic Advantage

Date: September 23

Time: 11:30am-1:00pm

The future doesn’t just happen – you shape it. Every decision leaders make today – from R&D bets to digital strategies and sustainability commitments – sends ripples into the next decade. And the world of 2036 will look nothing like today: AI is transforming how we work and decide. Climate adaptation is spawning new markets and new risks. Demographics, resources and geopolitics are rewriting the rules of growth. In this landscape, traditional planning won’t cut it. Leaders need strategic foresight – the ability to explore multiple futures and pressure‑test decisions before reality forces the issue.

This session will be hosted by Mattia Crespi, director of Futures Lab at H-Farm and research affiliate at the Institute for the Future; Christian Oestergaard, lead visionary – senior group strategist of IT-production/IoT/AI at PostNord; and Martti Kuldma, CEO of Omniva.

For parcel carriers

The Experience Advantage: Aligning Retail, Carrier & Platform Journeys

Date: September 24

Time: 3:00pm-4:00pm

In today’s hyper-competitive logistics landscape, customer experience is no longer owned by a single player; it’s shaped across the entire ecosystem. This session will explore how seamless coordination across these touchpoints drives loyalty, efficiency and growth.

This session will be hosted by Sanae Murschel, managing director of international sales at Colissimo/La Poste Group; and Aleksandar Alačkov, transportation director at Notino.

For e-commerce experts

Operational Futures: How OOH & Last Mile Innovation Will Shape eCommerce

Date: September 24

Time: 2:00pm-3:00pm

How can embracing circularity drive new revenue streams, reduce costs, enhance brand reputation and build more resilient supply chains in the dynamic parcel sector? Panellists will discuss case studies that reveal opportunities for circularity models that have a strong impact and lead to new revenue streams.

This session will be run by: Adam Tomczak, group head of international delivery and solutions development at Allegro; Helen Scurfield, CEO at Asendia Global Returns; and Jakub Rymkiewicz, market research at International Post Corporation.

Other notable sessions on the agenda

The Intelligent Postal Network: From Automation to Orchestration

Date: September 23

Time: 2:00pm-3:30pm

Postal operators have invested heavily in automation, but automation alone is no longer enough. The next frontier is orchestration: connecting fragmented systems, data and decisions into a unified, intelligent network. This keynote will explore how leading operators can move beyond isolated AI use cases toward an integrated ‘operating system’ for the entire enterprise. We will examine how agentic AI, real-time data flows and cross-functional coordination can unlock new levels of efficiency, resilience and service innovation. The result is not just cost reduction, but a step-change in how postal networks operate and compete in an AI-driven logistics landscape.

This session will be run by Moses Ma, managing partner at FutureLab; Steffen Ochsenreither, digital lead ls operations at Swiss Post; Rasmus Ask, tech lead – automation at PostNord; Mark Briganti, principal director – postal and parcel at Accenture; and Mirko Wichmann, principal at Kearney.

The Race to the €1 Parcel

Date: September 24

Time: 10:00am-11:00am

For years, the ‘€1 parcel’ has been discussed as the ultimate benchmark of operational efficiency. Yet most conversations stop at headlines, theory or marketing soundbites. This session is designed to go much further, with an honest, challenging and commercially grounded discussion bringing together real operational experience and contrasting viewpoints from across the industry.

This session will be hosted by Marek Różycki, managing partner at Last Mile Experts;
Justin Pegg, CEO at DPD UK; and Vytautas Atkocaitis, CEO at Vinted GO.

New year, improved experience for delegates

This year’s Leadership Conference will not only deliver highly impactful content from an excellent speaker line-up but will also provide a better overall experience for delegates. After our advisory board meeting earlier this year, we decided to take that feedback and change the format of the conference. The Leadership Conference will now be in a cabaret format, to facilitate more networking and discussions between delegates.

We will also be hosting a delegate lunch on days one and two to create further opportunities for peer-to-peer networking.

The early-bird discount is currently running – book now to secure your discounted ticket for the Leadership Conference. Book using this link.

There is a lot going on at this year’s event! Visit the website to find out more and register for your visitor pass here.
