Parcel2Go has released its 2025 courier performance rankings, based on booking data from UK shippers using its platform.
The report identifies the most reliable and highest-rated drop-off delivery services for domestic and international shipments. The rankings are based on performance indicators including on-time delivery, successful delivery rates, speed and customer satisfaction, using data from thousands of bookings made through the platform.
The most reliable UK couriers in 2025
For UK deliveries, Evri Drop-Off recorded the highest on-time delivery rate in 2025 at 92.44%. UPS Access Point received the highest customer satisfaction rating for domestic services, with a score of 4.51.
Parcel2Go said the domestic analysis is based exclusively on drop-off services used by UK shippers through its platform.
The most trusted international couriers for shippers in 2025
In international shipping, FedEx Express recorded the highest on-time delivery success rate at 69.22%. FedEx Express also shared the top customer satisfaction rating for international deliveries – a score of 4.54 – with UPS Access Point.
The company said it introduced additional international shipping features during 2025, including Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) options through FedEx and UPS Access Point. These options enable senders to prepay customs charges to reduce delays and avoid unexpected costs for recipients.
Parcel2Go said the updates are intended to support UK-based e-commerce shippers sending parcels overseas as cross-border online retail continues to grow.
The rankings are based on Parcel2Go platform data and reflect performance for services booked through the comparison site rather than overall market-wide courier performance.
