UAE-based logistics company 7X has launched its new National Network for Logistics (NXN) at the 28th Universal Postal Congress, taking place in Dubai (September 8-19).
The NXN aims to bring to together local and international postal, parcel and logistics services providers and will use a hybrid physical and digital infrastructure, comprising over 87 branches and more than 1,000 out-of-home pickup and drop-off locations, including smart lockers, as well as digital channels for improved customer experience.
According to 7X, it will provide same or next-day delivery options, as well as flexible pickup from any location or smart locker, with customers benefitting from a unified service standard and single point-of-sale experience. NXN also offers offer dark-store services and fulfilment logistics solutions to support e-commerce businesses and SMEs.
Waslah, 7X’s digital logistics platform aggregator, manages the network’s operations, which are integrated with the UAE’s Digital PO box WAYN to ensure correct addressing as well as secure and trusted delivery.
