XPO Logistics has been awarded the prestigious EcoVadis Gold Medal for its corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy and performance in 2024.
This accolade places XPO Logistics among the top 3% of all companies assessed globally and within the top 1% of road transportation companies in Europe. It is a step up from the Silver Medal the company held for four consecutive years.

XPO Logistics’ journey from Silver to Gold has been fueled by key initiatives such as the expansion of the LESS (Low Emissions Sustainable Solutions) program which gives customers access to sustainable transportation options, such as biofuels and multimodal solutions that reduce carbon emissions.
Technology has also played a key role in the company’s success – by optimizing routes and reducing empty kilometers, XPO Logistics has slashed its environmental impact while delivering more efficient services to its customers. These efforts are part of the firm’s broader strategy to achieve carbon neutrality in Europe by 2050.
