Locker manufacturer Parcel Pending has signed an agreement with USA-based real estate firm Bell Partners, to roll out its electronic parcel lockers at apartment blocks throughout the country.
With approximately 50,000 units under management, Bell Partners is one of the largest apartment operators and renovators in the USA, with a portfolio that spans 13 states and the District of Columbia.

With online shopping growing in popularity, apartment property owners and managers are turning to parcel lockers to manage the growing influx of package deliveries. When a package arrives, the courier places it into the Parcel Pending smart locker and recipients are notified by text or email. They then use a unique passcode to access the locker at a time that’s convenient for them.
