Post Luxembourg has installed solar panels on the roof of its sorting center in Bettembourg, southern Luxembourg. The photovoltaic system was inaugurated by Minister for energy and spatial planning Claude Turmes on October 4, 2019.
The system was developed by Post Luxembourg in cooperation with the country’s main energy supplier, Enovos, and illustrates how the two companies are working toward the government’s goal of achieving a more sustainable future.
“This project is in perfect harmony with the state’s strategy to promote renewable energy in the Grand Duchy and we hope that many more of this kind will follow soon,” said Turmes.
