Swiss Post achieves high scores in its annual employee survey

Parcel and mail delivery service provider Swiss Post has achieved high scores from its employees in its annual satisfaction survey. Approximately 50,000 employees from 16 different countries took part in the survey, marking an uptake of 78%. 

Employees were asked for their input on a wide range of business areas including commitment, work situation, unit fitness, customer focus and employee satisfaction. The business performed almost identically in all areas when compared to 2014 except in work situation and unit fitness, where points were up from 75 to 76 and 72 to 73 respectively. Overall employee satisfaction levels remained steady at 75 out of 100.
