Escher wins technology category at World Post & Parcel Awards

Escher has announced that it has won the Technology category at the 2019 World Post & Parcel Awards. The winners were announced at a black-tie gala dinner held at Croke Park, Dublin, on Tuesday, June 18, held in conjunction with the annual World Mail & Express Europe Conference (WMX Europe).

The World Post & Parcel Awards judging panel consists of individuals from the post and parcel industry who are well known and respected for their expertise. Following a rigorous process, the judging panel independently reviews all validated entries and prepares a shortlist in each award category, and then hours before the awards ceremony, decides the winners.

“It’s truly an honor to be recognized at the World Post & Parcel Awards, among so many innovative and forward-thinking nominees and award winners,” said Rodrigo Medgenberg, chief sales officer, Escher. “Over the past 25 years, our employees have made significant contributions in developing what has become a world-class customer engagement platform. Today, postal operators around the world have come to rely on the Escher platform and our team of experts to deliver an exceptional quality of experience for their customers. So I’d like to dedicate this award to all our employees, whose relentless pursuit of excellence have helped us achieve this milestone.”

Tom Ross Joannou, managing director media & events at Triangle Management Services, which organizes the awards, commented, “Applications for the World Post & Parcel Awards surpassed all expectations this year, with a record number of entries. Our judges have been hard pressed to choose a winner from such an extensive and diverse range of entries.

“The Technology category is always a popular one and it proved to be fiercely competitive again this year. Escher’s win in the category is a testament to their continued success and the team can be justly proud of their fantastic achievement.”

Escher will be exhibiting at Parcel+Post Expo, on October 1, 2 and 3, 2019, in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
