Fashion retailer Warehouse has partnered with parcel service provider Doddle to offer free online returns for customers.

The partnership enables Warehouse customers to return online purchases for free to any one of Doddle’s 34 collection points across the UK. These are strategically located in and around major train stations, making collections and deliveries easier for commuters.

Tim Robinson, Doddle CEO, said, “Giving customers a greater range of convenient options for delivery and returns is a priority for all online retailers. The customer experience in the final mile has been a pain-point for many retailers, which is where Doddle comes in to ensure the customer journey is of the highest quality right till the very end. Warehouse has been a great partner to work with and is clearly putting convenience for their customers front and center.”

Doddle currently has retail partnerships in place with Amazon, Hawes & Curtis, Countrywide Farmers, Halfords and TM Lewin.
