InPost Group has reported record parcel volumes in the fourth quarter and full year of 2025, driven by growth in B2C deliveries, international marketplaces and the integration of recent acquisitions in the UK and Spain.
The company handled 417.6 million parcels in Q4 2025, a 30% year-on-year increase. On its busiest day of the peak season, InPost processed more than 15 million parcels across Europe.
In Poland, Q4 volumes rose 5% year-on-year to 220.2 million parcels. Growth was primarily driven by to-door deliveries, which increased 36%, supported by demand from international marketplaces as well as domestic merchants, particularly in the fashion and beauty industries.
In the Eurozone, InPost handled 104.8 million parcels in Q4, up 23% year-on-year. Growth was led by automated parcel machine (APM) deliveries, which rose 51%, while B2C volumes increased 60%, continuing a shift away from consumer-to-consumer traffic.
The UK delivered the strongest growth. InPost processed 92.6 million parcels in Q4, more than tripling volumes year-on-year, supported by the consolidation of Yodel. The company said both InPost UK and Yodel performed strongly during the peak season, and work resumed in January on the One Network Project to integrate operations and unlock efficiencies.
For the full year, Polish volumes reached 763.1 million parcels, up 8% year-on-year. Eurozone volumes totaled 339.5 million parcels, a 17% increase, while UK volumes reached 262.1 million parcels, nearly tripling compared with 2024 following the Yodel acquisition.
InPost also continued to expand its out-of-home delivery network. In 2025, the group added 14,200 automated parcel machines, ending the year with 61,196 lockers across Europe, a 30% year-on-year increase. Total out-of-home locations reached 94,500, with lockers accounting for 65% of the network.
In the UK, InPost ended 2025 with more than 19,200 out-of-home points, including 13,721 lockers. In the Eurozone, the company expanded to 19,310 lockers, while reducing the number of PUDO points to redirect volumes toward lockers.
Rafał Brzoska, founder and CEO of InPost Group, said, “2025 was a landmark year for InPost Group. We achieved record-breaking volumes, expanded our network and completed two strategic acquisitions – Yodel in the UK and Sending in Spain – that are expected to further unlock significant synergies and strengthen our position in key markets. Delivering 1.4 billion parcels and adding over 14,000 APMs demonstrates the strength of our model and the trust customers place in our services.”
The company added that a special committee continues to assess an indicative offer for all shares, as announced on January 6, 2026.
