CTT Portugal has announced its financial results for the first half of 2025, recording 13.9% growth in revenues to €597.3m (US$683.5m) compared to the same period last year, with net profits growing 11.7% year-on-year (YoY) to €22.1m (US$25.2m).
According to the operator, the positive financial results were underpinned by growth in its express and parcel (E&P) business as well as the growth of its Banco CTT subsidiary.
The E&P business generated €270.6m (US$309.6m) in H1 2025 – up 28.6% YoY – and accounted for 45% of CTT’s total revenues. This growth was driven by its expansion in e-commerce services in Iberia and the acquisition of customers clearance company CACESA in December 2024.
CTT Portugal’s logistics revenue grew 12.4% YoY to €507m (US$580.2m) in the H1 2025, driven by volume expansion and higher revenue per item, while its bank and financial services revenue rose 23.1% YoY to €90.2m (US$103.2m).
