Parcel locker manufacturer Cleveron has launched a new click and collect terminal called CleverFlex, which is currently being piloted by Zara, a subsidiary of fashion retailer Inditex, in one of its Spanish stores.

Cleveron developed CleverFlex with omnichannel retailers in mind. With adjustable height and width, the robotics-based parcel terminal can be integrated into any store environment. The terminal can also accommodate more than 2,000 parcels and is capable of learning from past usage to optimize its work flow.

Inditex is one of the world’s largest fashion retailers, with brands like Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home and Uterqüe. The fashion retailer has 7,405 stores in 94 markets around the world and aims to provide the best possible shopping experience for its customers, whether its through e-commerce or in store.

Arno Kütt, chairman of the board, Cleveron, said, “We have a common interest – to enhance the customers’ omnichannel shopping experience and develop a cost effective click-and-collect pick-up solution. So far the results have been very positive.”
