Convenience store network Żabka Polska has entered a co-operation agreement with DPD Poland to enable customers to send, receive and return packages at more than 9,000 Żabka outlets.
The service will be implemented by technology partner Pointpack and will potentially reach more than five million Polish customers interested in using the service, further improving convenience. This service will not be available in Żabka Nano autonomous stores.

Thanks to this solution, we can better respond to requirements of our customers, who will be able to conveniently collect or send their parcels on their way home or to work. We are working together on the development of the service. We want it to be even faster, more convenient and widely available to our customers.”
