Temu’s Local Sellers Program has partnered with Royal Mail to offer UK-based sellers access to Click & Drop, Royal mail’s free-to-use shipping platform. The integration enables sellers to download their Temu orders into Click & Drop, simplifying the shipping process and improving operational efficiency.
Once orders are imported, sellers can quickly generate shipping labels and manage dispatches. As items are shipped, Click & Drop automatically updates the seller’s Temu store, ensuring accurate tracking and real-time order status updates.
Temu’s UK sellers will also have access to Royal Mail’s network of 24,000 parcel points in the UK, made up of lockers, Royal Mail Shop stores, Post Office branches, parcel post boxes and customer service points.
Customers can also drop off parcels that will fit in any of the 115,000 postboxes, and can request proof of posting using the app.
Royal Mail said the move represents its commitment to support the growing number of small businesses in the UK using Temu to reach their customers.
Since last year, Temu has been inviting local sellers across more than 30 markets, including the UK, Germany, France, Spain and Italy, to join the platform. The company expects local sellers and local fulfillment to eventually drive up to 80% of its European sales, bringing consumers a wider and more locally relevant selection, faster deliveries and supporting local businesses.
