DX directors purchase nearly US$180,000 of company shares

Shares in delivery company DX have been purchased by its CEO, Lloyd Dunn, managing director Paul Ibbetson and chairman Ronald Series.

Dunn purchased a total of 529,801 ordinary shares at an average price of £0.18 (US$0.24). Following the above transaction, Dunn has a total beneficial holding of 62,791,594 shares, representing 10.95% of DX’s issued share capital.

In addition, Paul Ibbetson, managing director of DX Freight, purchased a total of 109,970 ordinary shares at an average price of £0.18 (US$0.24). Ibbetson now has a total beneficial holding of 489,042 ordinary shares, representing 0.09% of the company’s issued share capital. Together, these transactions totalled approximately £116,300 (US$155,095).

In addition, Series purchased 88,500 shares at an average price of 21.96 pence (£0.21 [US$0.28]) per share, a total of £19,434 (US$25,871).
