ImageHolders, a provider of self-service kiosk solutions, has announced a new partnership with Norafric Technology, Reason Solutions, 3S Pay and Algerie Post for a pilot of a postal self-service kiosk and Dropbox Lite. This solution – incorporating digitalization and automation – is designed to enhance customer service, increase accessibility and streamline transactions.
The rollout of self-service kiosks will allow customers to quickly and easily complete tasks including shipping services, drop-off of parcels and letters, receipt printing and tracking.
By automating these routine transactions, it is predicted that the kiosks will reduce queues, improve service efficiency and free up staff to assist customers with more complex needs. The kiosks will be equipped with touchscreens and designed with inclusivity in mind, ensuring ease of use for all customers, including those with accessibility requirements.
Ali Azzouz, the managing director of Norafric, said, “We are proud to contribute to the introduction of innovative and technological solutions in Algeria. Our collaboration with Algérie Poste is part of an ambitious automation strategy aimed at modernizing postal services, increasing operational efficiency and improving the user experience.”
Bikshapu Reddy, the CEO of Reason Solutions, added, “We are honored to partner with Algeria Post on their digital transformation journey. By combining ImageHolders’ world-class kiosk hardware with our intelligent software solution, our technology will empower millions of Algerians with faster and more convenient access to postal services.”
The postal self-service kiosk and Drop Box Lite pilot will be delivered in May.
