This highly respected category simply recognises a company that has had a major impact on the industry over the past year, whether it is for investment in new technologies, work with postal organisations or impressive growth. The winner of this category will have played a notable role in helping to improve the future of the postal industry.

Service Provider of the Year: Singapore Post (SingPost)
This category recognises a postal organisation that has had a great year within the sector. The companies that triumph in this category are leading the way in terms of innovative technologies and services. They work hard on improving customer service and enhancing their offering to better meet the needs of their clients.
