Logistics provider Pall-Ex Poland has opened a new central hub in Łódź that will help the company achieve its ambition to increase annual pallet volumes to exceed 500,000 in 2023, as the new hub provides more space and transshipment docks, further improving hub efficiency.
Thanks to its position, Łódź is now a favorite location for countless logistics companies operating within Poland and Eastern Europe, making it a vast improvement on the previous site in Skierniewice, according to Pall-Ex Poland.
The investment also includes new offices featuring a state-of-the-art training room, where staff can develop their skills in Pall-Ex Group’s IT system, Nexus.
Managing director of Pall-Ex Poland Piotr Kołtuniak commented, “Our new hub is a fantastic improvement over our previous facility in Skierniewice, meaning we can now really push on with our growth strategy.
“We have ambitious plans, but thanks to the investment of Pall-Ex Group and our partner Uniq Logistics, we are confident that no goal is out of reach.
“We are always expanding our team as our network grows and the next few years will be very exciting for all of our members and the team.”
