A close look at how Hermes’s new MyPlaces solution works

Hermes has introduced MyPlaces to make contactless deliveries easier.

Customers can choose a safe place and amend information at any time to provide clarity and real-time communication. Features include setting exact location, PIN codes to access property and setting a preferred ParcelShop & Locker location. Further upgrades will include a platform to provide the courier with further instructions if the delivery is difficult.
