Your role in our team

·         You will prepare, analyze, revise, negotiate, and actively manage a wide variety of commercial contracts and related documents, including subcontracts, project-related agreements, professional service agreements, change orders, construction contracts, proposals, NDAs, service agreements, sales agreements, etc.

·         You will create, implement, and actively manage procedures and policies for contract management and change management in compliance with best-practices and company directives.

·         You will actively manage the full contract lifecycle process from pre-bid to contract closeout for the business units that you support.

·         You will proactively identify and analyze contractual risks and opportunities and advise relevant stakeholders regarding same.

·         You will serve as the go-to subject matter expert and trusted advisor on all contractual-related matters for the business units that you support.

·         You will conduct special projects and other tasks as assigned.

·         You will act independently as the primary lead for drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and managing contracts in your area of responsibility and have excellent written and oral communication skills, as this position involves direct contact with all levels of our organization including our executive management team

·         You will draft, analyze, redline, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and related documents with a professional level of accuracy, detail, and care.

·         You will create, refine, and adapt contract management processes and procedures to specific customer requirements (internal and external).

·         You will develop, implement, and actively manage the full contract lifecycle for complex contracts and projects, including contract management processes, change management processes, and change management strategies.

·         You will research, analyze, and interpret applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations and codes.

·         You will identify, analyze, and interpret contractual risks and opportunities, and create risk mitigation strategies.

 

Your profile

·         You have a BS / BA Degree with eight (8)+ years of successful experience or advance degree (e.g. Juris Doctorate) may be substituted for experience

·         You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         You must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills

·         You must have excellent persuasion, negotiation and judgment skills

·         You have strong leadership and collaboration skills

·         You have proficiency with computer systems and programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc
