<p>FHB Group will be fully integrated into the euShipments.com network, and the Slovakian company&#8217;s existing management team will remain in place following the acquisition. euShipments.com is already established in Slovakia through its subsidiary euShipments Slovakia, and the deal expands its position as a logistics partner for online retailers in the region.</p>

<p>The facility has been built with sustainability and efficiency in mind, featuring EPC A+ certification, a BREEAM Excellent rating, and a solar roof installation designed to support lower-energy operations.</p>
