InPost has confirmed it is switching off some of its over-the-counter (OTC) parcel service stores in the UK, as part of a broader network expansion through PayPoint’s CollectPlus network. Royal Mail customers can now drop off smaller parcels and packets at any of the 115,000 postboxes across the UK while receiving a proof of posting receipt via the Royal Mail app (read the news story here).
