Nova Group IT company Nova Digital has launched RouteStripe, a route optimization solution that it says can help reduce logistics expenses by 30%. The solution has been widely tested by international logistics company Nova Post.

The RouteStripe solution is designed to make address delivery more efficient by using an API that enables integration with transportation management systems to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

According to Nova Digital, the brain of RouteStripe is a mathematical module that uses formulas and algorithms to create routes, in order to offer the best and most cost-effective solutions for the entire delivery process – from planning the route to returning the cargo to the customer.

In a bid to combat crime and enhance security for postal employees and customers, Austrian Post and the Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI) have renewed their strategic partnership under the initiative Together.Safe with the Post.

The extended partnership will see the two parties boost efforts to investigate and prevent criminal activities related to postal services – such as theft, fraud and cybercrime – while ensuring the safety of postal infrastructure and the broader public.

Swiss Post has announced a strategic partnership with Swiss telecommunications company Salt to provide the new Post Mobile post-paid and pre-paid service to private customers.

Having offered subscriptions, smartphones and telecom accessories in its branches for over 20 years, Swiss Post has now decided to cooperate with one single partner to pool its strengths. The new Post Mobile subscription contracts from Salt provide customers with a 5G network and 99.9% coverage.

Document management specialist speos, a subsidiary of bpostgroup, has officially taken full ownership of b2boost, a specialist in digitizing B2B data processes.

speos has increased its ownership in the Belgian company from 5% to 100%, following the signing of the contract in November 2023. All b2boost employees will keep their jobs as part of the acquisition.
